While this subdomain specifically serves the real estate industry, Benchmetrics also works with clients in other verticals. These Terms apply universally across all our industry-specific services.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract with us to use our Services. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business or organization, you must have the authority to do so.

3. Accounts and Access

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of our Services. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

  • Reviewing deliverables in a timely manner and providing necessary feedback.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may also cancel your account at any time by contacting support.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
