Put Your Listings on Facebook Marketplace

Facebook Marketplace is a free, easy-to-use tool that can increase the exposure of your listings. This guide will take you through the basics of creating a marketplace listing for your listings.

Consult your board regulations to determine if there are any additional guidelines you need to follow when advertising on Facebook Marketplace. Facebook terms of use change regularly. Ensure you are up to date with current terms of use before posting.

Note: Marketplace listings must be made by your personal profile

Step 1

Go to Facebook Marketplace

Step 2

Click on “+ Create new listing”

Step 3

Choose “Home for Sale or Rent”

Step 4

Include 5-10 photos that showcase the best the home offers. You can drag photos from your computer here or select them from a folder.  Keep your description concise and to the point. People will not read a lot of text on these listings. Fill out the information in all of the dropdown options.

Step 5

Review the preview of your ad. If your area has active sale groups, you can join them and post them. It is not necessary to post in groups. Marketplace is selected by default for posting. When you're ready, click “Publish”

Proof Digital

Proof Digital was founded in 2013. The company, then known as "unINK Marketing & Creative Agency," was focused on building websites, providing graphic design services, and assisting businesses in running digital advertising campaigns.

Today our work is more reflective of a digital consultancy than a marketing agency. Marketing is still very much included in the scope of services we provide; however, we focus on the uniqueness of our clients to identify areas where technology can create a competitive edge and deploy scalable solutions that are cost-effective with high impact.

AI, automation, custom web applications, and data services are the core of most of our work. Over the past four years, we have built a large code stack that allows us to deploy creative products that leverage our clients' data (sales, inventory, accounting data, HR, and more).
